How long will it take to receive my order?
Items ship from the United States, and take 2-7 business days domestically and 7-30 business days internationally. If an item does not arrive to you by that allotted time frame, contact me through here or send an email to [email protected].
Why is international shipping so expensive?
The US Post really likes to hike up their prices frequently, and thus shipping will be more expensive. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are outside the United States, you order more than one item to make shipping worth the money. Shipping for prints is $8 internationally, but anything else, including buttons and charms, begins at $15 USD+ and can even be more expensive than the item itself. :(
Why does my charm look not clear/foggy?
Acrylic charms come with a protective film on them, so make sure to remove it!
